Shipping Policy
Please note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
How we ship
All orders are fully trackable, insured, and shipped palletized via our approved courier partner.
You’ll receive an SMS and/or email when your delivery is scheduled, including an estimated time of arrival (ETA) and tracking link. ETAs are estimates and may change.
Delivery communications
For questions about your delivery status, please contact the appointed courier first using the details in your tracking message.
Address accuracy & access
Please ensure all order details (name, address, contact number, access instructions) are entered correctly.
Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays and additional charges payable by the recipient.
It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.
Futile deliveries & redirects
Extra charges may apply for futile delivery attempts (no one available, inaccessible location) or for redirects to addresses different from those provided at checkout. These charges are payable by you, the receiver.
Dispatch times
Orders placed Monday–Thursday: dispatched within 24 hours where possible.
Orders placed Friday–Sunday: dispatched within 48 hours where possible.
